Welcome!

Hello Everyone!

Just want to say welcome to the new site! This will be for my future blog posts along with my portfolio. You can expect any stories I may share about my time around the railroad and the airport. I will also be giving a debrief of my photo shoots and anything cool or maybe not so cool on these adventures. I also plan to add some photography location guides for some of the spots I frequent for anyone curious on where I go. I welcome you to join me on this new adventure. This should be a fun one!

A little more about me so I wasnt flooding it on the website. I am currently 22 years old. Ive been photographing trains and airplanes for a few years now. The passion began with my fascination with the railroad since I was a little kid. Airplanes began soon after when I took my first flight to Portland, Oregon. Both toyed with my imagination on how they worked, why they worked, what makes them so loud, and what could I do to get closer. Years later, all it took was a lens and a good vantage point. My progress as a photographer has grown with time, but I am always learning something new or trying something new. I hope to look back at the work I have produced now, and say I have made more progress.

Equipment has been an overwhelming part of my experience. What camera to buy, which lens to buy, etc. and I am still overwhelmed with it all. My first camera was a Nikon D3500. It did the job for what I needed. A couple years ago, I fell out of the hobby. My camera wasn't doing it for me, I didn't have the fire to go out anymore. Then I decided it was time to get out there. I purchased a Sony A7iii and its been doing great for me. Still much to learn with this new camera style. But it is reignited that fire, and I am so glad I am back into it. Picking up right where I left off. And since then, I've started to meet some pretty talented and cool photographers. Here's to the days ahead!
